Since 2005 the Australasian Drilling Institute services the mining & resources, civil construction and drilling industries in the areas of specialist consultancy services as well as in attracting, assessing, training and recruiting multi-skilled and certified personnel. To achieve this, three business units were created and combined under one corporate structure.
The individual business unit portfolios are highly specialised and accessible each in their own right. Clients benefit enormously through the interrelation of services. The synergies that ADI offers as a group are unmatched in the current market.
The ADI corporate team is uniquely positioned to provide you the client with the most advanced solutions, whether it’s a customised employee training program or a fully integrated Safety, Training and Environmental Management System and Recruitment platform.
The ADI Group Head Office is located in Cairns. ADI provides a number of national centres throughout Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia. International presence of the ADI Group has been established in Papua New Guinea and in Fiji.
We employ management personnel located in each of the centres who are responsible for the delivery of consulting, training solutions, recruitment of personnel on behalf of clients and for the implementation of the ADI Safety, Training and Environmental Management Systems (SMS) for clients located in places surrounding these locations – or anywhere else on the globe.

Ili has over 19 years experience within the Drilling Industry covering all aspects from Driller Offsider, Driller, Project Safety Manager, Safety & Training Development Manager.
His inside knowledge, experience, passion and vision combined with the expertise of his management team provide the solid foundation of the ADI Group.
