The ADI Group

Formed in 2005, ADI is the only dedicated training company that delivers industry specific, Live and in real-time, mining drill training on the East Coast of Australia. It has been established to meet the growing demand for trained, drilling specific personnel.

Our focus is what gives ADI the competitive edge over other providers of similar training as our programs are designed specifically for the drilling industry and our training courses are designed to maximize the competencies a person achieves during their time at the institute.

The ADI Group has trainers through 5 major centres in Queensland and Victoria with an International expansion in to PNG currently underway. This provides for a strong base with a wide range of skilled employees and contractors. Our superior training solutions based on leading edge technology, is available throughout the ADI Group.

In conjunction with Government, Industry bodies and mining companies, ADI has developed an Industry specific training program that covers four streams of professional development. Training pathways in Management, O H & S, Drilling Specific and Health are all central to the ADI learning system.

Our goal is to become an industry leader in the provisioning of training services and Skilled Personnel Recruitment through our highly qualified Labour hire team and strong partnerships with Industry. The support from our clients and endorsement from Government has enabled ADI to establish a base of operations and service delivery in a number of regional centres in QLD. We are able to provide our services to regions where other Training provider have little or no presence; typically Regional, rural and remote areas.

Furthermore, ADI can provide training services almost anywhere in Australia and internationally through our network of qualified, RTO certified Trainers and Assessors.

Our major clients and their ADI trained employees are provided ongoing professional development opportunities with training updates and recertification programs as per their accreditation requirements. ADI has developed a number of ‘in house’ training tools for all product & services to ensure staff & contractors are of the highest standard of competency.
