OFF-SITE TRAINING FACILITIES & EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

ADI has launched a new service to help its clients. It is called the Off-site Corporate Training Department Partnership Program.

It's a training department with all the benefits without the cost of a training department budget. Start up companies, small companies without training departments or others organizations wanting to have an extension of their current training department can partner with ADI as their off-site corporate training provider.

Both on-site and off-site training have different advantages. When comparing on-site to off-site training, consider the following:

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Here's how it works. Your company partners with ADI to allow them to become your off-site training department. Using ADI can be done either completely or as an extension of your existing facilities.

This allows your company to have its own training department and staff without an annual budget, and all the costs associated with a Corporate Training Department. Our partnership allows your company to utilize ADI's training expertise, training experience, programs and materials, and consulting talents as if it was your own.
