This service provides support to ADI clients in the development, implementation and support of a compliant and proactive Safety Management System supported by a Training Management System.
Scope of Service covers:
Training
Develop & Implement Training Management SystemTraining Management SystemFirst Aid, - Training specifically on risk and hazard identification. Key Personnel on how to undertake a meaningful rig safety inspection.
Safety Administration
Develop & Implement Safety Management SystemSafety Management Systemcompliance of SMS is maintained.accountability of all staff in accordance with SMSKey Point Indicator’s (KPI’s) to assess level of compliance.
Implementation Process
a) |
Develop & Implement Safety Management System |
ADI has a documented Safety Management System which can be developed to suit the clients operation in a cost effective timeframe allowing for a timely implementation of the SMS into the work environment. Additionally utilising components of the organisations pre-existing SMP to support the reviewed and upgraded SMS |

b) |
Administer Safety Management System |
In conjunction with the implementation process administrative requirements will be incorporated which will also increase the companies operational Procedures and Administrative requirements. To assist in the facilitation of the communication flow relating to the Safety Management System ADI will control the record of information in support of compliance and auditing requirements. |

c) |
Ensure compliance of SMS is maintained |
ADI will undertake in conjunction with the Organisations Management a quarterly Management Site Inspection Audit to assess levels of compliance with the proposed SMS. |

d) |
Accountability of individuals stems from an effective Employee Management & Development System (Discipline). This system can also be utilized for the control and management of contract personnel operating within the organisations work environment. |
e) |
Establish Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s) to assess level of compliance. |
