Partner the drilling industry in the areas of workforce training & development (Pre industry training & induction, trainee exchange program) Develop and maintain a statistical information gathering system to allow us to analyse the health of the industry and the impact of our contribution Develop cost effective Quality Management Systems templates and support structure which can be easily implemented to drilling companies Develop marketing strategies to market the drilling industry to schools and the community Develop strategies to address migration of skilled workers across drilling methods and sectors Develop strategic programs to prolong the careers of the senior drilling population
