Who Is ADI?
The Australasian Drilling Institute was established to respond to the growing need to service the drilling industry in the areas of:

Attracting and recruiting personnel
Facilitate training of personnel through the provision of accredited bridging courses to better utilize the workforce through multi-skilling existing personnel in drilling methods such as:

	Queensland Mine Generic Training

Sector drilling method:

     1. RC to Diamond drilling methods
     2. U/G to Surface drilling methods
     3. RC to water well drilling methods
     4. RC to drill & blast methods
     5. Diamond to Geothermal drilling methods etc

Provide training to personnel before joining the industry
Offer tailored consultancy services to the drilling   industry in the areas of Health and Safety and Environmental Project Management and Operational Management compliance audits against Quality frameworks or client requirements
Offer contract personnel to allow companies to maintain core personnel levels without the need to employ full time employees for short term projects
Providing an alterna tive option for “on the job training & assessing” which impacts on production time through provision of certified personnel
